With the 74th pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, the Atlanta Falcons select Washington edge rusher Bralen Trice. With the past two picks, the Falcons have started to address their defensive line, and most importantly, their pass rush concerns.
Trice is a ridiculously strong edge-setter who has enough athleticism to allow his strength win on the outside. Trice should be a day-one contributor in the run game who has the potential to become a plus pass-rusher if given the opportunity.
After betting on the traits in the second round, the Falcons take a safe bet in Trice who has familiarity with defensive coordinator Jimmy Lake.
